Mike is a Vice President that joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2013. Mike specializes in retail tenant representation of national retailers and restaurants such as Pura Vida, Kohler Signature Stores, California Pizza Kitchen, Carter's, Gelson's, Raising Cane's, and Ideal Image. He has been the lead account manager for the national roll out of various retailers, including a virtual reality company based in Hong Kong. Mike has a specific focus on core markets and major projects in Southern California and throughout the country. He has developed multi-market real estate strategies, and executed on that strategy, while placing an emphasis on customer traffic data, demographics, local broker supportinput, and retailer sales per square foot.
