Michael is a licensed commercial investment and real estate certified specialist CIREC, who is focused on industrial, office, and hotel properties as well as landlord | tenant representation. He boasts over twenty-five years of managing and developing his own industrial properties.

Michael's thirty-plus years as president and CEO of Nash Lumber, building material wholesale distributor, gives him a unique and in-depth perspective of the challenges and processes of property development. He has experience sourcing overseas goods in addition to negotiating with international corporations.

An avid skier, Michael is a native Long Islander and has earned Bachelor of Science in Engineering degrees from Syracuse University and SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry.
