ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Michael Bowen

Michael has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate development, lending and investing. His transaction experience exceeds $410 million across all commercial property types, including hotels, multifamily, industrial, retail, office, self-storage and land development. Michael has direct experience in selecting, evaluating, buying, building and selling commercial real estate assets as an investor and on behalf of other investors. He has and continues to actively participate in the equity and debt capital markets for investors and his own account. Michael brings a variety of other skills to enhance the client experience.

Prior to joining Keller Williams, Michael was a co-founder and the chief compliance officer of 31 North Wealth Management, a US-based registered investment advisor, where he managed multi-million-dollar portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth individuals. As an entrepreneur, he has founded and invested in a number of companies involved in consumer products, financial technology and publishing. Michaels experience working inside Fortune 500 companies and as a small entrepreneur also grants him a unique network and fresh perspective that powers his ability to satisfy every clients investment needs.

From an education perspective, Michael holds an MS from Georgetown University where he was valedictorian, two BAs from the University of Georgia graduating summa cum laude, and is also a CFA charterholder. In all he does, Michael seeks to be an energetic, optimistic commercial real estate specialist that makes a positive difference in the lives of his clients, investors, and the communities in which he operates.
