Michael and his team of agents lease more than 4,000,000 square feet and dozens of tenants primarily concentrated in Maryland, DC, Delaware, and Northern Virginia.

In addition, he works with mfi realty's affiliate construction and property management companies. The construction division specializes in retail and restaurant fit-outs leading the region in construction for national and regional companies such as Starbucks, Qdoba, Patel Brothers Supermarket, Kimco Realty, and Regency. Bringing construction expertise in-house not only drives cross-selling opportunity for leasing but has given mfi realty's leasing team an invaluable edge over competing brokerage firms.

Similarly, mfi realty's affiliate property management division helped fortify mfi realty's position in the market, particularly with landlord groups seeking full service relationships.

Michael is a licensed real estate Principal in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington D.C.

Prior to joining MFI in 2007, Michael spent more than four years in public accounting where he gained experience in tax consulting, litigation support, business valuation, forensic accounting and commercial real estate auditing. Michael also worked in the Internal Audit Department at Burger King Corporation in Miami.

Michael graduated from the University of Michigan in May 2001 with a concentration in Economics and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2005.
