He has been in the Texas business since 1983, Texas Real Estate Broker's License and is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate, certification for an underground storage tank system and related fuel dispensing systems TWC license "A" Installation curriculum. Formerly employed with prestigious Henry S. Miller Investments brokerage firm in Dallas. He was the initial director and team member in the setup of the Southlake KW Commercial division. He specializes primarily in the acquisition and disposition of Office, Retail & income-producing properties within the DFW MSA. He is land-use zoning & permitting consultant representing primarily clients matters with the City of Dallas. He has worked and lived in the DFW area for over 35 years.
