I had called Landy Toledo and for days he never called me back. Finally after threating to call his supervisor he called me back. He had no information on the property or what the property netted or the bankroll of the apartments. He lied to me about what the ROI was. I tried Emailing him and asked him to get back to me. I made a written on the property and he has not presented to the buyer as the law requires nor has he still till today gotten back to me. He has no idea what he is doing and he is committing violations of a Realtor`s fiduciary by not presenting my offer. This person needs to lose his Realtor`s License because of his failure to comply with his sellers best interest.
