ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Land Wright

Land joined Commercial Property Professionals as an Associate in August, 2016 before CPP joined forces with SK Commercial Realty. He is currently working in officeflex tenant and landlord representation, best fulfilling the real estate needs of his clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining SK, Mr. Wright interned with the Leasing Department at Cousins Properties, Inc. While at Cousins, Mr. Wright researched potential prospect tenants, tracked availabilities in Cousins Atlanta portfolio, and assisted the team to achieve their leasing goals.

Mr. Wright was born in Atlanta, attending North Atlanta High School before graduating from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA, is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, is a volunteer baseball coach with the Northside Youth Organization, and serves on the board of Heads Up for Harry, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young adults affected by mental illness.
