ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Krystal Channick

Krystal has worked in commercial real estate for nearly a decade. She began her career at CGI Retail, a boutique real estate firm that focused on retail landlord and tenant representation. During her time at CGI, Krystal transacted with some of San Francisco's most prominent retailers and restaurateurs. It was at CGI where she learned and worked through the intricacies of the Bay Area restaurant and retail marketplace. After merging the CGI and Maven teams in 2020, Krystal continues to seek out some of San Francisco's emerging brands, chefs, and businesses to further add to a growing Bay area landscape. Krystal strives to make sure her clients have the best possible information and are well-represented in their transaction in order to achieve the best possible outcome for their business.

Originally from Canada, Krystal moved to the Bay Area in 2010 and graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Business Management. Krystal loves trying new restaurants with family and friends, hiking and enjoys everything the Bay Area has to offer.
