ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Keith Guthrie

Keith Guthrie has more than 25 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, and in 2017 Keith joined SK Commercial Realty. Keiths focus at SK Commerical Realty is in the area of tenantand landlord representation and includes companies considering commercial real estate decisions involving office, industrial, retail space, or land.

Keith specializes in commercial land and building sales with a strong focus on the acquisition and disposition of development and redevelopment sites for his clients. His experience also includes helping building owners best maximize their properties values. As well as, acquisition and development analysis activities for local and national developers. Mr. Guthrie also has extensive experience in office and industrial property, representing both purchasers and sellers.

Prior to joining SK Commercial Realty, Mr. Guthrie was a part of Commercial Property Professionals starting in 2009. Keith also participated in sales and marketing with Boehringers Ingelheim Pharmacautical Co. and Shaw Industries in his earlier years. His real estate career began at Carter and Associates, where during his tenure he received numerous awards including the Distinguished Merit Award, Corporate Value Award and the Most Outstanding Lease Award.

Mr. Guthrie was born in Cincinnati and attended St. Pius X High School in Atlanta. Mr. Guthrie is actively involved with The USO, Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, and Georgia Special Olympics. He resides in East Cobb with his wife, Lynda while their four children, Reese, Patrick, Cary, and Eliza are scattered across the Southeast.
