Keith Frierson serves as a Senior Advisor with SVN Commercial Advisory Group in the Tampa Bay area. His expertise is the sales, leasing, and appraisal of commercial- investment properties, with an emphasis on the retail, office, and industrial property sectors. A commercial broker and certified general real estate appraiser holding active licenses in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, he has been in the industry since 1984, with significant brokerage, appraisal, and real estate investment experience. Having earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, he has substantial training and management experience with a number of companies. This combination of perspectives as a commercial broker and appraiser, investor, and business manager is a key contributor to his ability to effectively represent his clients.
