Katie Fernandez-Espinosa is responsible for business development, agency leasing, and tenant representation throughout South Florida. She specializes in repositioning and lease-up for suburban, mixed-use, and lifestyle properties by curating tenant mixes that keep pace with consumers evolving expectations. She also focuses on advisory and tenant representation for South Florida's signature retail and restaurant concepts.

Prior to joining JLL, Katie served as a Vice President at CREC, a boutique full-service real estate firm, where she worked in both the office and retail leasing departments.

Prior to joining CREC, Mrs. Fernandez-Espinosa worked in property management and leasing for Hines, a global REIT and real estate developer. At Hines, she handled the firms Class A office portfolio in the Coral Gables and Doral submarkets, including the repositioning of 2555 Ponce. Prior to her time at Hines, Ms. Fernandez-Espinosa was a Senior Associate at Raymond James & Associates where she worked on financial plans and portfolios of high-net-worth clients.
