ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Justin Herman

Justin Herman joined Unique Properties in 2011. Since joining Unique Properties, Justin has worked exclusively with Marc Lippitt, the founder and owner of Unique Properties. Justin specializes in both sales and leasing with a heavy focus on investment properties. He has a strong knowledge for multiple asset types and can assist with the acquisition and disposition of Multi-Family, Office, Retail, and Industrial properties.

Prior to joining Unique Properties, Justin spent seven years working in the commercial equipment leasing industry, where he assisted with the analysis of credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit to a potential lessee.

Justin graduated in May of 2010 from Arizona State University. After graduation, he began his commercial real estate experience by helping a Philadelphia investor manage his local portfolio. Justin worked with many national credit tenants such as Pier 1 Imports, Panera Bread, DeVry University, Beal Bank, ETrade Financial, and Fidelity Investments.
