Julia Maksimova is a principal on a team that specializes in landlord and tenant representation as well as investment sales in the New York City Metro area. She started her career as a research intern with Cushman & Wakefield in Moscow, Russia which transitioned into a full time Market Research position in New York's retail division. She became a retail leasing broker in 2009. She has worked with high profile landlords such as: Vornado, RFR, Tishman Speyer, Stellar Management, Columbia University, 601W Companies, Clinton Housing Development Company and several other; as well as many tenants, including local, national, international; private and public, Fortune100 and VC funded high growth startups and Unicorns: AvedaEstee Lauder Companies, Tommy HilfigerPVH Corp, Elie Tahari, CVS Pharmacy, Lime Bike, Sonder, GoPuff, Scentbird, FukuMomofuku, Tartinery, Una Pizza Napoletana, Fox Group ( Israel) and others.

Julia holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and Management from Moscow State University, Russia.
