ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Joshua Barnes

Josh Barnes joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2007 and currently serves as Senior Vice President within the Industrial Division. With a focus on the Northeast/East Dallas submarkets, Josh is responsible for business development including landlord leasing, tenant rep, acquisitions and development on behalf of a multitude of clients including institutional capital and private equity. Currently he oversees a portfolio consisting of 8 million square feet.

Josh began his career at HLC as an intern for the Dallas Industrial Leasing Team. In 2008, he joined as a Marketing Associate where he organized all marketing efforts for the team and assisted with leasing assignments across the city. In 2010 he took over the Northeast and East Dallas submarkets. During his time with HLC, Josh has completed over 1,000 transactions. He obtained the SIOR designation in 2016 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas chapter.
