
As NAI Earle Furmans Chief Executive Officer, Jon oversees all aspects of NAI Earle Furman, NAI Piedmont Triad and serves as President of NAI Columbia. He leads six offices in South and North Carolina where he is responsible for the execution of the firms strategic plan, individual and division goal setting and implementation, as well as managing Shareholder accountability.
Jon joined NAI Earle Furman in January of 2000 after selling the first business he purchased after graduating college. Jon focused on Industrial and Investment properties and was elected to Shareholder of the firm in 2005 and was named CEO in 2011. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Furman University in 1997. Currently, Jon serves on several boards including The Greenville Housing Authority, First Baptist Church and Community Foundation of Greenville. He has also been an active member of the Young Presidents Organization since June 2012 and is a member of the Aspen Institutes Liberty Fellowship Class of 2020.
In his role, Jons unique ability to source deals and partner likeminded teams has led to the successful operation of a firm controlled private equity fund which is currently in its second investment cycle. He has full P&L oversight and heads the firms executive committee. Jon has a proven record of increasing sales for the firm throughout the Carolinas and concentrates his efforts on continuing to grow the bottom line. Focused on strategic operations, Jon coordinates every facet of broker training and development and performs an integral role in creating valuable instruction for administrative employees. He has directed the restructuring of several divisions in addition to facilitating multiple growth initiatives. Jon led the merger and acquisitions of several additional brokerage firms to continue adding resources and new talent to the firms various businesses.
