ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT John Espinosa

John Espinosa has been a licensed, practicing real estate agent in the State of California since 1999. With over twenty-two (22) years of commercial real estate experience and having earned the title of Principal Shareholder in the shortest allowable period of time with Lee & Associates. John was born and raised in Spain, went to college in Munich, Germany and then the University of Maryland before moving to California in 1997. He lives in Huntington Beach with his wife and two children.

John has built his business in the greater Southern California area and has developed expertise in representing owner-users, tenants, landlords and developers in the marketing, acquisition, negotiation and development of commercial real estate.

As a principal owner of investment properties himself, John brings a personal understanding of ownership, representation and property valuation to assist his clients in properly and accurately determining values and market strategies for real estate acquisitiondisposition.

This skill set and experience, coupled with the ability to build successful marketing and sales teams with the agents around him, has made John a respected and trusted agent within his market.
