John provides investors with a vast knowledge of product, market analysis, and operations, specializing in senior housing facilities. He assists regional REITs with the acquisition, development, and syndication of retirement communities, office buildings, apartment complexes, and shopping centers.

Joining NAI Earle Furman in August of 2020, John has a strong background in business operations, real estate development, and community involvement. A native of Spartanburg, John is CEO and President of Pulliam Investment Co., Inc., a company that since 1970 has specialized in the development of major projects of all types of commercial property, as well as sourcing capital from investment groups across the country. He is the past Chairman of the Spartanburg County Transportation Committee and Chairman of the City of Spartanburg Planning Commission and has served on the Project Design and Architectural Review Committee of the Spartanburg Development Council.
