Joel Dalak joined Moody Rambin as an Owner Representative in the Office Services Division in 2022. With more than 38 years of experience, Joel has leased some of the largest, well-known, Class A office buildings in Houston, including Five Post Oak Park and 1177 West Loop South, and has sourced over 15 million square feet of leases. Joel is recognized by building owners and developers as having an innovative and proactive approach to marketing commercial office, retail and medical properties.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Joel was the Leasing Director at TIG Real Estate-Houston where he was responsible for leasing dozens of buildings throughout the Southwest region of Texas. In 2020, he leased the largest office deal reported in Galveston, Texas and increased the occupancy of two retail centers to 100. Joel's extensive market expertise, client-centric philosophy and strategic approach to his work allows him to represent his clients more effectively and close deals at a higher velocity.
