ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Joe Cornelius

A longtime employee within the companys property management department, Cornelius recently transitioned to NAI Isaacs brokerage team as an associate specializing in the leasing and disposition of commercial properties around the Commonwealth. His knowledge of asset management, leasing services, tenant and landlord representation, site selection, and market experience is used to provide expert-level service to his clients.

Cornelius has been a licensed real estate agent since 1986. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1992 as the construction manager for a large industrial portfolio in Indianapolis. Cornelius continued to gain valuable experience in the commercial real estate field, serving as property manager, construction manager, leasing, and sales agent for several prominent industry leaders for nearly 20 years. In 2009, Cornelius joined NAI Isaac as a property manager. From 2009 2018, he managed over one million square feet of office, industrial and retail space throughout Lexington and the Central and Eastern Kentucky region.
