Commercial real estate and its challenges have always fascinated Joseph Binder, principal of Binder CRE. After a long career working for large commercial real estate management companies, he founded Binder CRE to help independent property owners and investors develop and achieve their commercial real estate goals.

Joe graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He joined the United States Navy as a commissioned officer to both serve his country and gain real-world leadership experience. He extends the same discipline, structure and integrity he learned in the military to his service to clients.
