ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jessica Fernandez

Jessica Fernandez joined Centre-Line in 2005. Originally hired as an office assistant, Jessica worked her way up to Bookkeeper then Marketing Manager. In 2015, she got her real estate license and made the transition to full-time Leasing Agent. Jessicas knowledge, talent, and desire to help people achieve their business goals makes her an asset to the Centre-Line team. Jessica has worked extensively in landlord representation with a focus on shopping centers in suburban markets. In 2019, Jessica expanded her repertoire in tenant representation. Her deep understanding of the market and its needs provides an upper hand to her clients and their successes. When she isnt working, Jessica enjoys dancing, boating, and spending time with her family.
