As Marketing Leasing Director, Mr. Devon secures lease transactions, sources new properties for acquisition, and oversees the marketing of First Industrials available properties in Los Angeles, San Diego and Seattle.

Prior to First Industrial, Mr. Devon served as Director of Asset Management and Leasing for Rexford Industrial where he oversaw the leasing and operations of a multi-state value add industrial portfolio.
