Jerry Chilson serves as a Senior Advisor for SVN Denver Commercial specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout Northern Colorado.

Active within the community, Chilson is a board of director with Turning Point; an organization to help with troubled youth in Larimer and Weld counties, a active board of director with Larimer County Boys and Girls Club, and attends monthly luncheons with the Greeley Brokers association as well as the Fort Collins Brokers luncheon group.

Chilson has been in real estate in the Northern Colorado area since 2002, with his prior experience with a Fort Collins real estate firm named Realtec and Brinkman Partners.
