Jeff joined in Richard Bowers & Co in 2004. He specializes in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation; Land Sales, Leasing, and SalesDispositions.

McMullens twenty year business experience includes sales; Manufacturer, Wholesale and Retail Management, retail store development, franchising, site selection, build out and lease negotiations. His previous franchise ownership experience allows him to guide retail store owners through site selection from an ownership prospective. This in turn creates better long term deals for Tenants and Landlords alike.

Jeff, directs real estate growth for clients such franchise clients as Amazing Lash Studios, Boneheads Fire Grill, Cartridge World USA, MetroPCS, Massage Heights, The Joint and Yogli Mogli to name a few. Jeff assisted several franchise organizations by engineering the increase store locations from single to double digit locations by using a systematic location process that allowed the Franchisor to maximize locations without adversely affecting other stores. In a similar fashion, our retail division is currently assisting other retailers in tackling Georgia and the metro Atlanta market through the use of in-house resources like demographics, aerials and competitive market analysis. Part of the McMullen success formula includes face time with prospective tenants, in-depth market analysis for clients and a commitment to the client after the deal is closed.
