ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jason Hepp

Jason specializes in representing investors, developers and builders seeking development and investment opportunities in several areas of California's Central Valley, including Kern, Tulare, Kings, and Fresno Counties.

Since joining Land Advisors in 2004, Jason has played an integral role in the sale of more $100 million of residential land projects.

Jason has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining Land Advisors, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Iberti Group, LLC, a leading consulting firm for the natural stone and custom tile industry.

Jason holds a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He is a licensed California real estate professional and a member of the Building Industry Association.
