James began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2015 when interned at a local SBA Loan Company, Cen Cal Business Finance Group. At Cen Cal, he learned how to analyze buyers from the bank's perspective as well as how to market the services offered at Cen Cal. James began his career at Fortune Associates in the Fall of 2017 where he began studying under the likes of Brett Fugman, Cap Capriotti, and Brandon Lamonica. James is 26 years old and a home-grown product of Fresno. James is married and lives in Clovis, California with his wife Morgan.
