ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jacob Grossman

During his career, Jacob has acquired a wide range of experience in commercial real estate, including project leasing, tenant representation, dispositions and acquisitions, investment sales, asset management, and land brokerage.

Jacob started in the real estate business working at The Weitzman Group's Houston office, and over the course of his career, his primary focus has been in the retail sector. He has worked with developers leasing new ground-up projects, with property owners looking to reposition assets, and with Tenants looking to relocate or expand.

Jacob has worked on everything from single Tenant buildings up to 500,000 SF power centers and has experience with both local and institutional owners. His work with Tenants includes local credit retailers looking for an additional location and helping national brands execute market rollout strategies.
