ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Irulian Dabbs

Having grown up in N Austin, Irulian is a native Austinite and a fifth generation Texan; however, her goals were much larger than Texas. In fact, she moved to New York City to study business at The Culinary Institute of America and built a career in the hospitality industry as a general manager and sommelier. During that decade in New York City she helped restaurants find and open new locations, exposing her to Commercial Real Estateand when Irulian returned home to Austin, she realized her goal of joining the industry. She works with restaurants and professional services to find both flagship locations, as well as properties for expansion, and she loves to see budding entrepreneurs succeed. When not working, Irulian can be found cycling, running, and playing bocce ball.
