ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Hugh Scott

As Chief Executive Officer of SK Commercial Realty, Hugh H. Scott III brings 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate investment business involving such areas as investment analysis, finance, brokerage, property management, and construction management. Through partnered investments or direct ownership, he specializes in real estate value enhancement through the development, acquisition, leasing and management of office, medical office and industrial properties.

Scott is responsible for the underwriting and execution of new investment opportunities as well as the management of portfolio and third party assets. He currently oversees a portfolio of over 1.7 million square feet with a value of approximately $200 million.

He is a former member of the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Scott is married and has two children.
