ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Holly Coats

Joining KW Commercial Amarillo in 2010, Holly has been involved in the commercial real estate industry in Amarillo for over 15 years.

Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Holly worked more than 10 years as CFO for, commercial real estate brokerdeveloper, Dick Ford Company. Involvement in many aspects of commercial real estate - development, leasing, brokerage and investment - allowed her to gain experience in multiple aspects of investment and commercial property.

A CPA (Certified Public Accountant) since 1992, Holly has intricate knowledge about 1031 exchanges. Her combination of accounting knowledge and real estate experience enables her to analyze real estate transactions from all angles.

Originally from Amarillo, Holly is married with two children.
