Hartley was born and raised in Baton Rouge. Quickly after obtaining her real estate license in 2011, Hartley became one of the top producing agents with Wampold Companies in the Commercial and Property Management Division. In 2014, Hartley joined NAI Latter & Blum in the Commercial Sales & Leasing Division. She is currently a CCIM candidate and is on track to earn her designation by 2017. Since joining NAILatter & Blum, her focus has been on industrial leasing, land sales, and tenant representation.
