ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Hank Campbell

As a Senior Vice President with Commonwealth Commercial, Hank specializes in commercial and rural real estate with a strong concentration in the brokerage of land, including timberland, farmland and land for development.

Hank joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2002. He has continued a practice of real estate services focused primarily on the brokerage of timberland and agricultural land, as well as commercial land. Hank has offered seller and buyer representation services to Timberland Investment Management Organizations, private partnerships and conservation groups, and numerous other large land owners across Virginia.

Prior to Commonwealth Commercial, Hank joined Virginia Realty & Relocation (1994), where he focused his practice on rural estates and agricultural properties across Central Virginia.

Hank has sold over 100,000 acres of rural real estate in central Virginia consisting primarily of institutionally and privately-owned timberland as well as agricultural and recreational properties.

Served on the Annual Fund Board for the Virginia Institute of Marine Science.

Has sold over 45,000 acres of rural real estate across the state of Virginia.
