Throughout my experience, I have been among local industry leaders in the acquisition and repositioning of both distressed and performing assets. Through various procurement strategies, I have been responsible for building rental portfolios for several hedge funds and private equity firms.

As the son of a son of a builder, and third generation real estate agent, I have spent the last decade specializing in procuring off-market opportunities for developers and investors. I thrive on the pursuit of significant development projects, and the creation of opportunity that is often overlooked.
