ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Gerald Crump

As Chief Operating Officer for Gulf Coast Commercial Group, Inc., Gerald Crump focuses on leasing, operations, and various growth initiatives of the organization.

Prior to joining the GCCG team, Crump spent more than two decades in Houston with Weingarten Realty Investors, most recently serving as SVP Central Region of Leasing for nearly nine years. In that role, he actively managed a $2-billion portfolio consisting of multiple land parcels, as well as 55 premier grocery and power-anchored shopping centers totaling over nine million square feet. He was also responsible for growth of the region including acquisitions, new development, redevelopment, and disposition efforts.

Crump is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
