ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Frank Bozikovich

Frank is the Retail and Land Specialist for CPR in the Greater Tampa Bay market. With over 20 years of experience, he guides clients through site location analysis, land assemblage, investment sales and commercial lease negotiations. Throughout his experience, Frank has worked with many of the nations 100 largest retailers, the franchise industry, developers, and investors both nationally and locally. Frank was recently awarded the Top Producer Pinnacle Award for the highest volume of transactions in the Regional Investment Division from the Florida Gulfcoast of Commercial Association of Realtors. Frank believes in creating partnerships with our clients to find better solutions than originally imagined. He takes strong investment in the market areas that he works, a great example is the work he did in facilitating the renewal of the Skyway Marina District of St. Pete.

While Frank is an expert in commercial real estate today, this was not his first career. In his former life Frank rubbed elbows with celebrities and stars as a music and movie producer. Frank regularly enjoys golfing, boating and ballroom Latin dancing with his wife.
