Eric has been responsible for marketing over 1,500 acres of land with a total transaction value of over $500 million. He is currently marketing over 5 million square feet of industrial development including representation of CapRock, REDAClarion, Broodfield, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Prologis, Alere Property Group and Duke Realty. Eric is a top producer and has qualified for the President's Club consistently. With his pulse on the market, Eric stays current with market trends and changes. He was raised and currently lives in the Inland Empire and has years of experience in the transportation and Agriculture business.
