He specializes in underwriting and valuation, as well as integration of newly acquired assets. In addition to monitoring the Fund's overall portfolio, he takes an active role in oversight of leasing programs and capital projects to optimize the performance of the overall portfolio.

Prior to joining MDH, Drew served as Vice President Market Leader at the Finial Group. He launched the inaugural satellite office for Finial in Dallas during the fall of 2018, significantly growing the firm's platform in the DFW market during his tenure. He oversaw a team of brokers and was integrally involved in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management. Drew began his career as a commercial leasing and sales broker for NAI Partners.

He is a native of Houston and now resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.
