David Holland is an associate within JLL Houston's Industrial Services group, where he focuses on industrial agency and end-user representation. His client solutions involve: occupancy strategy, strategic development, lease renewal and relocation evaluation, negotiation and market research.

Prior to joining JLL in 2018 as an associate, David was an analyst with Stream Realty Partners. His core responsibilities included project leasing, market research and analysis, and underwriting principal transactions for industrial and office acquisitions and development.
