ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Guardado

David Guardado is a retail specialist focusing on landlord representation throughout Southern California, with a concentration on the San Fernando Valley. In addition to retail leasing and residential real estate sales experience, David's professional background includes a lengthy tenure with UPS.

Prior to joining CBM1, David was a retail leasing agent with the RB Group, owned and operated by the well-respected broker, Robert Bachnheimer. Before shifting into commercial real estate, David began his real estate career as a residential sales agent with Century 21 realty. In advance of launching his real estate career, David worked for UPS. He began in an entry-level warehouse position and rose through the ranks to eventually helm his own delivery route.

In addition to his considerable real estate skills, David is fully bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
