ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Culligan

As a Gainesville native, David attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelors degree in Economics. After college, he began his career in real estate representing a large industrial developer in leasing warehouse distribution complexes, which eventually lead him into his role as Office and Industrial Specialist at CPR. His focus now is assisting his clients in the pursuit of lease negotiations, and the purchase and sale of properties in the Tampa Bay Region.

Hes an expert in real estate forecast planning and the finite details of negotiating. Clients lean on his long-term market presence and the relationships he has cultivated over the years as an area real estate expert.

Outside of assisting landlords, tenants, investors, and developers David enjoys golfing and biking the trails throughout the Hillsborough and Pasco County areas.
