ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Daniel Fuller

Daniel Fuller is a Founding Partner of SHOP Development Company.

Mr. Fuller is a 25 year veteran of the development business. Daniel is responsible for managing the investment platform for SHOP Companies, which includes the acquisition, development, re-development and asset management of retail, mixed-use and hospitality properties throughout the U.S. Daniel is directly involved with land acquisition, planning and entitlements, tenant leasing, financing, construction and disposition for all investments.

Over the past 10 years, Fuller has been involved with the acquisitions, development and operation of more than 3 million square feet of retail assets, which have a combined value of over one billion dollars.

Prior to founding Shop Development Co., Fuller was a development partner and Executive Vice President of Connected Development Services, a division of The Retail Connection, where he worked for 12 years. Before joining Connected Development Services, Fuller was Vice President of Cencor Realty Services, where he worked for over seven years.

Daniel is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
