ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Dan Gannon

Daniel joined Richard Bowers & Co. in 2008 and is a landlord and tenant representative for clients with office, retail, and industrial space requirements. Daniel has worked with tenants requiring as much as 120,000 SF.

Daniel grew up in West Cobb, a suburb of Atlanta and attended Harrison High School. After attending college at Georgia Southern University, Daniel returned to Atlanta to start his real estate career. Daniel aims to provide his clients with a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate markets through his knowledge and experience.

Prior to working at Richard Bowers & Co., Daniel worked for SBA (Small Business Administration) Disaster Relief Program., a Federal Government program which aided both families and business owners. He was an auditor working for a corporation in Buckhead, an Atlanta suburb, that did both inventory and financial auditing. Daniel was also a Sales Comp Analyst for the Dorey Company where he worked extensively on all metro area commercial real estate sales.
