ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Courtney Goza

Courtney has a BA in Business from Concordia University. She graduated with honors and was inducted into the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society in her Junior year. This was a significant achievement as Courtney was working a full time job and raising her family. She also has an Associate Certificate in Government Contracting through The George Washington University.

Prior to deciding to become a real estate agent, Courtney performed title examinations and other related real estate transaction work under a licensed attorney, worked at a venture capital company, performed office accounting and management, performed consultative services in international land acquisitions for a local private investment company, and was a Contract Manager for the State of Texas where she was licensed as a Certified Texas Contract Manager. This experience seemed a natural segue into Real Estate. Courtney is a native Austinite but spent a brief time away during her teenage years. She permanently returned to the area in 1999. She is married with two children. Courtney is active in her community and is currently President of Austin Siamese Rescue. She enjoys networking and connecting others within her community. Clients will enjoy working with Courtney due to her easy going nature, attention to detail, industry knowledge, and dedication to her craft. She treats all clients with respect and professionalism. Courtney has a vast reservoir of knowledge in many areas and is able to use this knowledge for her clients' benefit.
