His specialty is financial analysis and owner representation for the sales of middle market commercial real estate with a focus on multi-family apartments, mixed-use assets, single family homecondo subdivisions, self-storage centers, 40B projects, developable land, & 1031 exchanges in Massachusetts.

Currently he volunteers as a member the South Shore Housing Committee which is part of the South Shore Economic Development Corporation that continues to support Governor Baker's Housing Choice Initiative & proposed housing legislation, An Act to Promote Housing Choices. Colin is an avid golfer, skier, surfer and loves the outdoors and coaching his daughters in sports. He resides in Marshfield with his wife and two daughters and his dog Arlo.
