Based out of Nashville, Tennessee, Chris leads brokerage services for Friedman Real Estate throughout the market. By leveraging Friedmans extensive multi-family platform, Chris works with investors to craft deal-specific strategies for complex disposition assignments. Friedmans unique ability to self-perform on property management, constructiondesign and debtequity placement allows Chris to explain how value can be unlocked for future buyers in order to achieve favorable pricing. Prior to joining Friedman, Chris worked with multi-family investors to pursue off-market acquisition opportunities with value-add and core-plus risk profiles. Chris started his career in 2008 at CBRE where he represented over 5 million square feet of office space, assisted tenants for requirements ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 square feet and was part of a team that managed corporate real estate portfolios for office, retail and industrial space throughout the country.
