The acquisition of a 250,000 square foot industrial park in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Chet represented both the Buyer, Harrison Properties, and the Seller, Industry Capital. Both parties are privately held national real estate investment companies headquartered in Phoenix and San Francisco, respectively.
The disposition of FDIC portfolios of multiple real estate assets and asset types. Chet provided brokerage service, representing the FDIC and was involved in asset valuation. Real estate asset classes included office investment, industrial investment, multi-family ground and retail investments.
The disposition of 1,000 acres of industrial and mixed use development land. Chet represented PRI, an institutional investment and real estate holdings company, and Ninigret, an industrial development company. He also played an instrumental role in advising city and county leaders in the zoning and land use for the development.
