ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Caryn Duffy

Caryn was born in Queens and grew up on the North Shore of Long Island. She spent much of her free time as a child in Brooklyn where her grandparents resided. Her grandfather owned a wholesale paper and twine business on Havemeyer St. in Brooklyn for 40 years.

Before becoming a real estate agent Caryn worked as an Inclusion Advocacy Consultant assisting school districts across Long Island and Northern California to create inclusive learning programs and curriculum modification for students with IEP's.

In 2007, Caryn along with her husband and team member John and their 2 sons, moved to Palo Alto, California. While living in California Caryn continued her work as an Inclusion Advocacy Consultant for several years until venturing into the world of tech by becoming a contract worker for Google. Her work was collaborative and included working alongside her colleagues to help refine Google's algorithm. In addition, Caryn also enjoyed assisting John, (who holds his real estate license in California) with his real estate transactions in the extremely fast, Silicon Valley market.

Caryn has an impeccable reputation with both buyers and sellers and is known amongst her clients to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, hard working and extremely transparent. She works tirelessly for and with them until she finds exactly what they are looking for. She is known to seamlessly redirect her efforts to meet her clients needs, while constantly keeping them informed of market trends and activity. Caryn realizes how powerful real estate is because having lived on both coasts she understands that where you live becomes a big part of your lifestyle and of your quality of life. Caryn prides herself on putting relationships above all else by really listening to her clients wants and needs so as to make the whole home-buying process as stress free as possible from the start all the way to the beginning of their new life in their new Hamptons home!

In her spare time Caryn enjoys walking their adorable mini Australian labradoodle Ollie, meditation, curling up with a good book, cooking, watching Stanford and USC football and when they are all in the same city, spending time with her grown sons who are her two favorite humans on the planet.

Caryn supports many local and national Jewish charities and those focused on Down Syndrome.
