ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Bruce Frazer

With over 43 years of commercial real estate experience, Bruce has acquired a deep understanding of investment sales and mixed-use development. He is particularly skilled in negotiating building leases, ground leases, and build-to-suits. During his career he has successfully brokered a multitude of land and building sales, leased-consulted on 20 mixed-use projects, and leased over 35 retail centers from their inception.

Bruce has negotiated the purchase and sale of numerous properties totaling over 2.5 million square feet, representing a diverse range of investors. As an acumen in landlord and tenant representation, he provides key strategic consulting and brokerage services to retailers and retail center owners across a multitude of property types, including mixed-use, entertainment centers, community & neighborhood centers, grocers and rehab centers.

Bruce is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He served on the Board of Directors of Special Olympics in Santa Clara County. Bruce has been recognized as Retail Broker of the Year from Association of South Bay Brokers. He also served in the United States Army as an Intelligence Officer.
