Brian Hanie joined Structure Commercial as an experienced investments specialist with a proven 19 year track record spanning across multiple sectors. Brian will continue to provide clients and partners with innovative ideas and strategies for development and construction projects for the best possible yield from pre-leasing to disposition. Brian is a high-level investment specialist where he consults with private investors in the buying and selling of properties ranging from the analytical acquisition of land to the disposition of capitalized leased properties. Brian has teamed with a compiled list of accredited investors for instruments to develop several projects from luxury townhomes, single tenant retail, and tilt wall industrial properties in the DFW metroplex.

Prior to Structure, Hanie specialized in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties for Dallas-based Magellan Commercial Realty Inc. Brian has achieved success in brokerage of multi family apartments ranging from smaller investments to 600 unit institutional projects.
