Brian is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in our Tampa office. In 2016 Brian moved from New York to sunny Florida bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of business and real estate.

In New York Brian owned the accounting firm, Brian Thomas Associates. Brian also provided financial planning services in all areas of life insurance, annuities, retirement plans and managed money accounts.

Brian started in real estate in 1998 as a real estate agent associated with two different real estate firms on Long Island. He started his own brokerage in 2006, Brian Thomas Realty Inc, servicing both residential and commercial real estate.

In 2016, Brian decided to move to Florida and specialize in Commercial Real Estate. Brian understands the importance of networking and building relationships and has accumulated 20 years of experience and in-depth knowledge to execute and navigate commercial real estate transactions for sellers, buyers, and landlordstenants from inception to closing.
